Pasadena Ridge Community Development District
The Pasadena Ridge Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on August 09 2024 by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 24-35 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Pasadena Ridge CDD is located entirely within Pasco County, Florida and covers approximately 692.361 acres of land. The site is generally located on Handcart Road, south of Prospect Road and north of Wright Lane
The services provided by the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes.

The Pasadena Ridge Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on August 09 2024 by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 24-35 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The District may exercise the general powers provided in Section 190.011, Florida Statutes. The District may exercise the special powers set forth in Sections 190.012(1), (3) and (4) as well as the special powers for parks and recreation servies and facilities and security services and facilities, pursuant to Sections 190.012(2)(a) (d) , Florida Statutes. The powers and functions of the District do not replace, diminish, or obviate the applicability of any County ordinance to the property and the development of the said property, currently within the District, as described in Exhibit 2 of the Petition, and as the District might be expanded or contracted.
